How it works.

Founded in 1893, we have years of experience in providing counseling surrounding family building and adoption and more recently have taken this expertise into other areas. We are uniquely qualified to help you make your story part of your identity, cope with related trauma, grief and loss from your past, and move forward in a healthy manner. We can also help you make decisions as to the next steps in your journey.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all sessions are currently being held virtually, using a secure Zoom platform. Phone sessions also available.

  • We have both male and female counselors who are all highly trained, master’s level, and licensed.
  • All of our counselors have deep empathy for what your experience has been and are passionate about helping you. Finding a therapist you are comfortable with is key and we would be more than happy to offer a free consultation at any time by phone or virtual.
  • You will find us to be non-judgmental and welcoming atmosphere. We understand that seeking support is hard and we will do everything we can to make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
  • We will provide tailored resources (tools, techniques, education) to support your values and vision for your family. You can receive empathy, support, and new coping skills along your journey.

How much does it cost?

Services range from a single consultation to ongoing support and are offered on a fee-for-service basis for $50. Insurance is not accepted at this time. Discounted services and full counseling scholarships are available on a case-by-case basis. All support groups are free of charge.
