The Children’s Home of Pittsburgh & Lemieux Family Center offers FREE birthparent events throughout the year to provide encouragement and support. Birth parents who would like to attend one of these events do not have to have utilized the services of The Children’s Home in order to participate in the support groups. 

All attendees must RSVP prior to the day of the event so we know how many people to prepare for. Birthparent Support groups and events will be held:

Thursday February 15th: 6:30pm 

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with birthparent support. Meet up at Panera Bread! Coffee is on The Children’s Home. 3401 Blvd of the Allies, Pittsburgh PA 15213

Saturday May 4th: Time TBD

Mother’s Day Lunch. Details TBD

Tuesday August 6th: 6:30pm

Minimum of 2 people needed for each event to be held and minimum of 3 people needed for Mother’s Day Lunch and holiday dinner.

Additional Groups can be scheduled as requested.
