“Everyone has a favorite teacher…” states the National Education Association, “and there’s no better time than National Teacher Appreciation Week/National Teacher Day to remember those who inspired us to be the individuals we are today!”
May 7th– 11th is National Teacher Appreciation Week, with May 8th being National Teacher Day, a day to thank those who dedicate their lives to bettering our education system. So how can you recognize your favorite educators? As suggested by NEA.org, “Thank A Teacher on Social Media,” or “Wear #REDforED on Wednesday, May 9th.”
