What does a counselor help with?
A counselor can help with as much or as little as you need. They will listen to you, answer your questions, and help you learn about your rights, your choices, and about resources that are available to help you. They can refer you to other resources in your community that may provide added support.
What happens if I call?
If you call during business hours, you will be put directly through to a counselor who can talk to you. If you call after hours, just follow the instructions and you will be able to reach the on-call counselor immediately.
