The Children’s Home of Pittsburgh is a domestic, state-licensed, infant adoption agency that was founded in 1893. We draw from more than 115 years of adoption experience and are continually evolving to ensure we meet the highest ethical standards and best practices in the field of adoption today. Over the past 115 years, we have placed more than 7,000 infants in permanent, loving homes. We provide comprehensive infant adoption services, and place infants of all races, including special needs infants in permanent, loving homes.

In addition to adoption placement services, we offer a spectrum of additional adoption support services.
