| | Michelle Goetz, diagnosed with cerebral palsy, has a lifelong dream to work with children. Her dream has come true with the help of The Childrens Home of Pittsburgh and Lemieux Family Center, Lifes Work of Western PA and Ben and Jerrys in Squirrel Hill. Michelle took part in an Ice Cream Social with the children of Childs Way, a day care center at The Childrens Home for medically fragile children, to celebrate her one year anniversary as a volunteer. Michelle enjoyed the surprise ice cream celebration and participated in circle time, reading stories aloud, and interaction with the children. |
