WHO ATTENDS CHILD'S WAY

Child’s Way works with children with a wide range of complex medical needs, which may be associated with other developmental or physical challenges.

Your child may quailfy if he/she:
  • Is eight years of age or younger and is medically fragile or medically at risk
  • May qualify for any in-home services (such as private duty nursing, therapies, or other support services) 
  • Has a short-term acute need for rehabilitative care and nursing care 
  • Has long-term medical needs 
  • Has a chronic illness
  • Is medically fragile and in the care of biological parents, foster parents, or CYF appointed guardians
