On Wednesday, May 25th we had an amazing crew of volunteers on hand to install Noé's Garden of Hope, a new butterfly garden at The Children's Home of Pittsburgh & Lemieux Family Center. The garden was made possible by a gift from Jason & Sherry Ott, whose daughter Noé passed away at five months of age due to numerous medical complications. Noé and her parents spent much of her short life at The Children's Home where the Otts saw many children playing in the yard behind our building. The new Butterfly Garden will serve to honor Noé's memory and provide place where children in our facility can watch the miracle of life unfold through the butterflies and plants.
